I posted on line that I needed service for my 2020 gladiator, after a dealership had said they would call me right back and never did. I received a text back from York Jeep that as soon as the service dept open I would be getting a call. That is exactly what happened. A call from Jennifer that was courteous and helpful. Saying they would be glad to see what was going on the next day at 11. Not having someone to pick me up, she said it shouldn’t take too long and I could wait for its repair. New aux battery was installed and I was back to my normal errands. It is so refreshing that a business acts like they want you for a customer, give honest evaluations and prompt service. York will be my first and only call in the future!

Everyone was so down to earth and not “car salesman” like. It was refreshing that for once the horrible process of shopping for a car was a positive experience! Highly recommend this place and they have definitely EARNED my repeat business! Thank you Nick, Josh and Drew!

First oil change and tire rotation for my 26 Rebel . Check my window switch for me on drivers door. And answered all my questions that I hadn’t figured out in the four months of owning it. Pre paid when buying the truck , so after the second one, the next three will be free . Excellent service and follow up!

Faith did a great job keep ing me informed of what was going on with the mechanic She made sure I got a ride home and then my vehicle was brought to my home. Bryce was my ride home. They both did a great job of costomer service Thankful for the service rep found cause of my problem and repaired it as best as he could.

Noah, Todd and Josh took care of me. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done that we agreed on and I was happy on my way out the door. Other dealerships should take a page of York of Brazils book!

The service department was very quick and responsive with getting my truck in for service, oil change and tire rotation. When it did come in for service, it was done by 11:30 a.m. and day. For the inconvenience of not having transportation for work will it was being serviced, they provided me with a vehicle to use in the mean time. They're notifications via text kept me updated and informed on my truck. Everyone here were very friendly and helpful with everything. I will definitely come back here for service and for future purchases.

Went to York To look at a few used cars for my son. I called the night before and spoke with Nick. He set up an appointment with me and came in earlier than he usually does for work the next morning. Nick was very respectful, knowledgeable, patient and very fast getting keys to cars for us to test drive. After choosing a car, I thought I got a reasonable price and I was out the door reasonably fast. I didn’t have to sit around for hours on end like you do at some dealerships. 5 star experience today.

I had just drove my granddaughter back home My car made weird sound so I shut it off. It was extremely hot that 100°+. It wouldn't start. So we had to have it towed to your Brazil location. Everyone I was in contact with were amazing. If you were not 1.5hrs from me id use you for all repairs on my 3 jeeps.
