The available factory-installed WARN® winch, rated for 8,000 pounds, ensures you're always prepared for recovery situations. Unlike some competitors, Jeep places the front radar sensor above the rearview mirror instead of the bumper, preserving safety features and off-road capability without compromise.

Every Wrangler carries the Trail Rated® badge, a mark of its proven off-road excellence. Heavy-duty steel skid plates, front and rear tow hooks, and solid axles provide rugged durability. The advanced 4x4 system delivers a 50/50 torque split in 4x4 High, optimizing traction over sand, snow, and uneven terrain. High ground clearance, precise steering, and water-fording capability up to 34 inches allow you to tackle any environment.

Powertrain Options

The 2025 Wrangler offers a choice of three capable engines to match your adventure style:

• 2.0L I4 Turbo PHEV (4xe) – Producing 375 horsepower and best-in-class 470 lb-ft of torque, this plug-in hybrid delivers an estimated 49 MPGe, a 370-mile driving range, and a 3,500-pound towing capacity.

• 3.6L Pentastar® V6 – This proven powerhouse offers 285 horsepower, 260 lb-ft of torque, and an available manual transmission. On four-door Rubicon models, it delivers best-in-class towing up to 5,000 pounds.

• 2.0L Turbocharged Engine – With 270 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque, this engine combines efficiency and capability, offering an estimated 23 highway MPG and 5,000-pound best-in-class towing on four-door Rubicon models.

Sport

The Wrangler Sport is ready for any adventure with Dana® solid front and rear axles, a Command-Trac® part-time 4x4 system, and skid plate protection. It comes equipped with 17-inch black steel wheels wrapped in 32-inch tires and includes power locks, power windows, and a 12.3-inch Uconnect® touchscreen featuring Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™. Standard removable doors and a top provide open-air excitement.

Willys

The Willys trim enhances off-road performance with 17-inch black-painted wheels, 33-inch all-terrain tires, and a rear-locking differential. It makes a bold statement with Willys hood decals, a gloss black grille, and LED headlights and fog lights. The available Safety Group offers Blind Spot Monitoring and ParkSense® Rear Park Assist for added confidence. For even greater capability, the XTreme 35-inch Tire Package is an option.

Rubicon

Designed for rugged trails, the Rubicon features the Rock-Trac® 4x4 system, electronic front and rear locking differentials, and an electronic sway bar disconnect for maximum articulation. It rides on 17-inch machine-faced wheels with 33-inch all-terrain tires, with the available XTreme 35-inch Tire Package for added capability. A full-float rear axle boosts durability, while the optional Sky One-Touch® power top adds convenience.

Sahara

Combining refinement and off-road capability, the Sahara rides on 18-inch machine-faced wheels, with body-color fender flares and LED exterior lighting enhancing its style. The available Convenience Group adds premium features like a remote start, heated front seats, and a heated steering wheel. For an upgraded experience, the available Technology Group includes a nine-speaker Alpine® premium audio system and an integrated off-road camera. The Sky One-Touch® power top is also available.

Rubicon X

The Rubicon X pushes performance further with steel bumpers, 33-inch all-terrain tires, and the Rock-Trac® 4x4 system for superior traction. Inside, it offers Nappa leather-trimmed seats with 12-way power adjustability, a 12.3-inch Uconnect® touchscreen with navigation, and an Alpine® premium audio system. Safety features include Blind Spot Monitoring and ParkSense® Rear Park Assist. An available 35-inch Tire Package enhances off-road dominance.
